If you’re new to fitness in general or seeking to start (or improve your performance in) the sport of triathlon as a runner, cyclist, swimmer – our method of brick training is likely a new concept. But it’s a workout you’ll want to incorporate into your weekly training routine. Brick Endurance training combines two of the three triathlon sports in a single workout. This prepares you for the individual demands of each sport, and will play an important role in your race-day success.

Brick training helps build muscle memory to help you regulate pace and effort as you transition from swimming to cycling, and then from cycling to running. New triathlete’s often find their body struggles with the transitions to start, but with this type of guided workout, you will be better prepared for your race.

Beginning Soon! Brick Endurance will work one-on-one with your group over 1-2 days to develop a customized program that will fit your specific needs. Our clinic will include inspiring workouts, techniques for improving form, as well as personalized attention to each member of the group.


One-On-One Coaching

Brick Endurance’s remote coaching program encourages you to succeed in your health, fitness and life. Accomplished by using the Training Peaks App, plus unlimited email and text access for questions, Chad’s coaching helps you meet your personal fitness goals, pushing your performance to new distances and increasing your endurance.
